Shipping & Returns
Shipping:
Shipping Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours. Personalized items may take additional time for customization. If your order includes both personalized and standard items, we’ll ship the non-personalized items first.
Shipping Charges: Enjoy free shipping on all orders above Rs. 449 within India. Please note that free shipping does not apply to international orders or returns.
Order Tracking: Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive tracking details via WhatsApp, email, and SMS for easy tracking.
For orders containing personalised or gold jewelry along with other items, your order may arrive in separate shipments.
Returns & Refunds:
Return Policy: We offer a 30-day return policy for unused, unworn items—no questions asked. However, personalized jewelry, perfumes, candles, coins, utensils, and religious idols are non-returnable unless defective. Piya Ratan reserves the right to inspect items before processing refunds. If you purchased from a third-party source, their return policies apply. Please note that any initial shipping charges paid are non-refundable.
Refund Policy: Refunds are initiated once we receive the returned item at our warehouse.
Replacement & Exchange: Replacements and exchanges are available under the same conditions as returns. The replacement will be processed after the initial item is returned to us.
Return Process: To start a return, visit our website or contact Customer Support for assistance. Once a return request is booked, please be available for the reverse pickup. If pickup is unavailable in your area, you may need to return the item via India Post or another courier service.
Important Notes:
- Missing items in return packages may lead to a deduction of the MRP for those items.
- If you receive an empty or incomplete parcel, contact our Customer Support within 48 hours with a 360-degree video of the package unboxing.
Piya Ratan holds the right to make the final decision on any claims.
